What is Blue Arch?
Blue Arch is at the intersection of real estate and hospitality. We have made it our mission to create a new way of vacation rental/ business rental.
At Blue Arch, we provide beautifully designed accommodation in the most coveted areas of Ho Chi Minh city, combining the space and comfort of a homestay with the consistency and amenities of an upscale hotel.
What comes in my Blue Arch?
Most Blue Arch suites feature the amenities listed below. A full list of the amenities in each Blue Arch is displayed on our booking page.

Booking and Payment
When will I be charged?
You will be charged for the entire stay, including taxes and fees, at the time of booking.
Do you hold a security deposit?
We will not charge you a security deposit when booking directly on staybluearch.com, but we will keep your credit card on file in case of damages or violations of our rental agreement. The cost of any damages will be charged to your credit card.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you make a cancellation within:
24 hours of booking (provided the booking is made at least 7 days before the stay) or 30 days or more before the stay: 100% refund
7 days or more before the stay: 50% refund
Less than 7 days: no refund
Do you offer extended stay discounts?
If you qualify for an extended stay discount, it will automatically be deducted at the time of booking. Please note that discounts only apply if the initial length of stay qualifies and cannot be added retrospectively if you extend your stay through a new booking.
Can I book last-minute?
Online bookings require at-least-one-day advance notice. If you would like to make a reservation last minute, please contact us at email@example.com or +84 (0) 899 15 22 99 (Sales) and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Do you have a minimum or maximum length of stay?
The minimum stay requirement is one night. There is no maximum length of stay. Whether you want to stay for one week, one month or one year, we are happy to accommodate you.
During Your Stay
Will someone meet me at my Blue Arch?
In some cases, yes. In most cases, detailed instructions on how to enter Blue Arch suite will be sent at least 48 hours prior to your arrival, after you have completed the pre-check-in process. The instructions include secure access codes or a lockbox location if your suite requires an access card.

What is the pre-check-in process?
In order to make your experience as smooth as possible, we are obliged to collect your contact information, specifically your phone number and email address, to assist you during your stay. Once these procedures are completed, detailed instructions on how to access your Blue Arch will be sent to you.
How do I access the apartment?
Once you have followed the initial instructions and gained access to your Blue Arch, you can come and go on your own terms using the access codes or cards that we provide.
Is check-in and check-out time flexible?
Our standard check-in time is 2 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM. When you book directly on staybluearch.com, you can request an earlier check-in or later check-out time and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note that this is subject to availability and depends on whether or not another guest is checking-in or -out of your Blue Arch on the day.
Is the suite smoke-free?
Yes, all of our apartments are smoke-free.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, as much as we love our little friends, they cannot be accommodated in your Blue Arch.
Will you change the linens and provide fresh towels?
Although we do not offer daily housekeeping service, if you ever need extra towels or fresh linens, please contact us at +84 (0)70 737 5970. We will be happy to provide them for you.
Do you have a fitness center?
Most of our properties feature fitness centers. You can find a detailed list of the amenities of each apartment on our booking page.
Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available for motorbikes.
Do you have WiFi?
Yes, free high-speed WiFi is available in every Blue Arch.
Do you have a front desk?
Some of our buildings feature front desks. For those that do not, our virtual concierge team is available to assist you anytime during your stay.
